Material cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form without prior written consent.

All material provided and presented during training is for the sole use of the company and/or individual.

Conditions

We reserve the right to modify, cancel and limit any training, service or promotion.

We reserve the right to refuse participants for any reason.

Purchasing one ticket or one online training course allows one person to attend or access the training.

Warranties

No warranties or guarantees are made in any of the material.

By using any material provided you accept all liability for your actions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up until 10 days prior to the scheduled event date and may incur a cancelation fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event date will be credited towards future events, however no refunds will be issued. Substitutions will be accepted any time prior to the commencement of the event. All registered attendees will be notified via email and receive a full refund of their course fees in the event of a cancellation.
